The Calendar View

HOW TO USE THE CALENDAR VIEW

The Calendar shows you all the scheduled tasks of your team(s) based on your user job type definition.

You can sort out the calendar using the Filter Function on the right-hand side.

The Calendar can be displayed on a Monthly, Weekly and Daily basis or as a List via the menu at the top right.

Use the back and forward arrows on the left to navigate through time.






FILTERING THROUGH CALENDAR VIEW

Several elements are already preselected in the Filter Function, which you can use individually or in combination.

Additionally there is a Search tool that allows you to quickly search for one precise information.


DRAG & DROP 

Tasks can be moved manually by simply DRAG & DROP.
  1. From Month View, Tasks can be moved manually by simple DRAG&DROP from one day to another along the month
  1. From Week View, Tasks can be moved manually by simple DRAG&DROP along the same day or to another day of the week
  1. From Day View, Tasks can be moved manually by simple DRAG&DROP along the same day

Note that the engine is not rescheduling during drag & drop movements and will allow overlapping tasks by this manual editing

VIEW AS LIST

From any view month, week or day, the view can be converted as a list 


Editing task from Calendar View

By clicking on a task, it is possible to access all the details of the task itself: task end, task start, instrument, task type, project, employee ID...and to  EDIT and add comments when completed
