How to access and use calendar view by Instruments group

         

HOW TO ACCESS AND USE CALENDAR VIEW BY INSTRUMENT GROUP

In this page you can view all the scheduled tasks  allocated to every group of instrument.





Filtering can be done by the Instrument Reporting group.



The calendar displays the information based on the timeframe chosen

View can be seen on Month, Week, day or list basis.

Use the Back & Forth arrows on the left to navigate through time.

Tasks can be moved manually by simple DRAG&DROP.

VIEW by WEEK




VIEW by DAY





VIEW by LIST 


When selecting a task, it allows you to EDIT or DELETE



By clicking on a task, it is possible to access all the details of the task itself: task end, task start, instrument, task type, project, employee ID...
