How to access and use calendar view by project
HOW TO ACCESS AND USE CALENDAR VIEW BY PROJECT
In this page you can view all the scheduled tasks divided per project they are associated to.
Filtering by project
The calendar displays the information based on the timeframe chosen
View can be seen on Month, Week, day or list basis.
Use the Back & Forth arrows on the left to navigate through time.
Tasks can be moved manually by simple DRAG&DROP.
VIEW by MONTH
VIEW by WEEK
VIEW by DAY
VIEW by LIST
When selecting a task, it allows you to EDIT or DELETE
By clicking on a task, it is possible access all the details of the task itself: task end, task start, instrument, task type, project, employee ID...
