How to Sign Up to Optima Support Portal
HOW TO REGISTER ON THE SUPPORT PORTAL
To access the portal from which you can enter tickets and also view the information available to answer your questions
- Go to > https://optima.zohodesk.eu/portal/en/signin
- Select : New User? Sign Up
- Enter an authorised Name and Business E-mail
- Enter the text you see in the captcha field
- Click on Sign Up button
- The registration request is forwarded to Optima customer service
- If the request is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email, from CustomerCare@optima.life
- Click on Accept the Invitation button
- The link opens to the support portal page where enter your reference email and create a new personal password.
