HOW TO USE THE TIMELINES OF PROJECTS, INSTRUMENTS AND EMPLOYEES

Each timeline page displays the list of projects, instruments or employees in that particular time frame.

First select the time frame with Start date and End date.

By clicking on the corresponding name in the first column, it displays cascading information in a Gantt chart-like format.

Note that rescheduling a complete project to a date where tasks are already scheduled, might impact those later so that they are re-scheduled too.

By clicking on the blue bar, it facilitates the complete rescheduling of a project timeline or assignment to another instrument / employee.

By clicking on the blue bar, it facilitates the complete rescheduling of an instrument timeline.

The tasks assigned to a given instrument of a given time frame can be re-scheduled or re-assigned to another instrument.

By clicking on the blue bar, it facilitates the complete rescheduling of an employee timeline.

The tasks assigned to a given employee of a given time frame can be re-scheduled or re-assigned to another employee.
