REPORT EMPLOYEES OCCUPANCY



HOW TO USE THE EMPLOYEES OCCUPANCY REPORT

This report provides information on employees occupation at all levels, including location, competencies groups, employees groups and individual employees.

The aim of this report is to answer common questions such as:
- How much are people engaged in activities within a given time range?
- How much capacity remains for additional work?

The filter allows the selection of one or more employees, one or more Competencies Groups, one or more Employees Groups.
The time preset permits selection of a specific time frame, moving back and forth through the weeks using the right and left arrows.

Your last filtering can be saved through the Save filter button and also download in excel format 
Colours are:
Blue Teal : % of used time
Orange : % of overallocation 
Light Grey : % of free time
