Report Instruments Occupancy

How to work with the Reports of Instruments Daily & Weekly Occupancy  

This report allows the user to displays the daily or weekly occupancy of the instruments.

Input to be given to the system

The user will have to indicate the starting date and the location of their interest, for the system to be able to generate the report accordingly.

By clicking on the “apply filters” button, the report gets created.

How to read the Reports

The reports display information in the form of a matrix.The pieces of information are gathered by instrument groups.

The information displayed in the matrix is color-coded according to the percentage of occupancy. The levels of occupancy can be configured in the system settings.

In the right-hand sidebar the user can select the instrument groups to be displayed.

Instruments Daily =ccupancy

The matrix shows the days in the column headings and the instruments in the rows

The report shows the percentage of occupancy of a given instrument is occupied on a given date. By mousing over a cell, the report shows some details about the tasks assigned to the instrument

The matrix shows the weeks in the column headings and the instruments in the rows.

The report shows the percentage of occupancy of the instruments by week.

Configuration of the colour levels

From the menu: Settings / System Parameters, the user can set the percentages, that change the colors of the occupancy reports from green to yellow and red.
