HOW TO USE  THE SCHEDULING PAGE

This section is the core page of Optima from which requests are ready to be scheduled by the engine.
It  is composed of 2 sections: Upper section with charts and Bottom section with the complete Requests list.

How to review, filter or edit  the Charts 

The upper part of this page shows 5 charts to facilitate a quick overview of the scheduling status
Each single chart can be edited automatically through the Search Tool:
  1. Filtering  with the search tool available on the right , it will change automatically the chart and also the list of request below.
  1. Changing from Bar Chart to Pie Chart type
 
  1. Removing by closing directly on the chart display window / Showing back the chart from the search toll on the 3 dots menu 



How to review, filter or edit the Requests

The requests list can filtered by using the Search tool in the right part of the page too.



Using the Features menu 

BULK DELETE 

This is 2 steps feature that allows to remove all selected request lines at once. 

BULK EDIT 

Allows to edit multiple selected request lines at once for a series of parameters.


CREATE 

Allows to create a single request manually.
Fields marked with a     red triangle are mandatory 
Other field might not be mandatory to leave flexibility in deciding whether to assign one or multiple, yet information are required to launch the engine.

CHECK REQUEST 

Allows to initially check that all necessary information have been facilitated for the engine to properly schedule.

The column " Is Checked" in the Request List allows users to easily determine whether a request has already been checked, and if so, whether it is correct to not.

 Icons with different colours allow the users to focus on the not checked yet or the problematics. 

REJECT REQUEST

The Request that show ERROR icons can be rejected and  request status is changed to REJECTED.
When request are coming from a group of users identified as requesters, the action of rejecting the request can be configured toprovide a notification back to its origin

CALCULATE START DATE

This feature is used when COMPLETION DATE is entered so that the system can propose best START DATE based on the request parameters.

UPLOAD REQUESTS WITH OPTIMA STANDARD EXCEL TEMPLATE

The upload option from this page is facilitated only when using Optima standard template. 
The template is available in .cvs and .xlsx format in the first window and downloadable directly from there
