WHEN ACCESSING THE TASKS LIST 

The Task List page shows all scheduled tasks and their related information.
The Arrows button on the top right allows a full screen view of this page.

How to customise and filter the Tasks List View

From the  Action Menu, a wide range of actions allows the user to generate interactive reports or specific views of tasks-related data. 
Columns: change order of the column, choose to display or not a specific column
Data: sort specific columns by ascending or descending order
Report: save your personal preferred view

Assessing the Tasks Status

The status of the tasks is highlighted with different colours. This allows the user to immediately recognise the situation of every single tasks.



The Task Status colour coding is defined during the initial implementation time. 
However this can be edited by your system administrator through Settings/Task Parameters/ Task status.

Editing Scheduled Tasks 

Tasks can be edited by clicking on the Edit icon of a single line or through Bulk Edit button when selecting multiple lines.

1. SINGLE LINE EDITING 

From the edit icon of each single line all related information can be edited.
From the edit icon the entire task can also be deleted.



2. BULK EDITING

When selecting multiple lines a bulk editing can be done to all at once for a series of parameters.



The edit bulk window allows to edit a series of parameters to all selected lines at once



Adding a new Task manually 

Tasks can also be manually created, by clicking on the Create button.
Fields marked with a     red triangle are mandatory 
Employee and instrument  are not mandatory as they can used independently one from another. yet it it one or another should be selected in order to finalise the task assignment to the corresponding employee or instrument.
Save your new task by pressing create button.



Completing a Task

The user can insert the Date & Time once the task has been finalised, and also add comments  ( free text) in relation to the task completion.
Make sure to click on "Done" after entering Date & Time in order to save the selection.
Enter comment and click on " Apply Changes"
