Setting the Tasks Parameters
HOW TO SET THE TASKS PARAMETERS
Task Status
Click on Create button to create a new task status.
In every row, the Edit Icon can be used to change the information.
When clicking on the colour of a bar, the colour can be edited.
The assigned colour will then be displayed on the "Task list" screen
Task Types
This section shows all different Task Types.
Once the tasks are inserted in the system, they get associated to a task type for the user to get more details. To create
a new task type, send a request to Optima
support service.
In every row, the Edit
Icon can be used to modify the information.
Once changes have been made, click on Apply Changes button to save the new settings.
The system offers a wide range of actions that can be put in place by the user to generate interactive reports or specific views. To get to know more about the functionalities available and the reports and views that can be generated via the "Actions" menu items, go to "How to use the action menu" article.
