This feature allows you to set up a list of recurring tasks for Optima to consider when scheduling your requests.task types
These tasks will be added to the agenda of employees or instruments, making them unavailable during that period.

These tasks will also be traceable, enabling you to compare non-analytical tasks with analytical ones and create productivity KPIs.

As of today, the configuration should be done through the corresponding Employee and Instrument configuration excel file which will be uploaded by the team at Optima.

Please note that you might may wish to edit a series of Task Types in order to categorise your recurring tasks, making visualisation and reporting easier.
