This feature allows managers and supervisors to intervene manually and add specific activities.
From My Task page, the CREATE button offers only the Non analytical Task option.
This feature enables technicians to block their agenda with non-analytical duties, so that the engine considers those slots unavailable for scheduling analytical activities.
All manually created tasks can overlap with other tasks or extend beyond an employee's normal shift hours. There is no limitation imposed by Optima.
An analytical task is linked to a specific step of a test, and only the employees and instruments associated with the corresponding competency group or instrument group can be selected for this task.
A non-analytical task is not linked to any specific step of a test. These are mostly administrative, meeting, or similar tasks that can, however, be associated with a specific project.
