Two new pages have been added under the Tasks List View Menu, listing all employees and instruments and showing who is doing what and when.
These boards are part of the process for users who need to see who is available at a certain time when, for example, reassignment is required.
Employees Board
This board displays everyone, showing their tasks, availability on specific days and time slots.
The board can be filtered by Location, Employees, Competencies Groups, and Employees Groups.
When clicking on a Competency Group, the filter will show only the persons assigned to that competency.
When clicking on an Employee Group (Manager, Analyst, Supervisor, Product Manager, etc.), the filter will show only the persons associated with that employee group.
Instruments Board
This board displays all Instruments showing their tasks, availability on specific days and time slots.
The board can be filtered by Location, Instruments and Instruments Groups.
When clicking on an Instrument Group, the filter will show only the instruments assigned to it.
