OPTIMA LICENCES: FULL VS LIMITED

Users with FULL licences can access all pages and functions of the Optima LRMS® application.

Users with LIMITED licences have access only  to the Dashboard, My Task List and My Calendar pages.  
The functions available are the ones associated to configuring their dashboard and notifications, creating non-analytical tasks in their agenda, use of the start, stop buttons and comment function in My Task List.

CONFIGURING FULL LICENCES VS JOBTYPES

Each user is assigned a Jobtype.  

Every Jobtype linked to a full licence can be configured to restrict access to certain pages and functions based on their needs and role within the company.  see Settings / Users Management / Jobtype details.

For example, access to the Configuration and Settings pages and functions can be assigned only to administrator role 

The Jobtype details page is composed of two lists: AUTHORIZED PAGES & AUTHORIZED FUNCTIONS

Every function can be deactivated by simply double-clicking on it
