REVIEW YOUR SCHEDULED REQUESTS
THE SCHEDULING PAGE: HOW TO REVIEW THE REQUESTS
Once the lines from your Request Form are validated, they are converted into Requests and moved to the Scheduling page.
In this process the engine is already engaged and might be executing some initial processes according to your needs such as Batching Samples / Lots, i.e combining several lines from your Request Form into one single Request in the scheduling page.
The engine will then consider all Requests labelled as NEW or TO BE PROCESSED in their Request Status and start scheduling the corresponding tasks ( the Tests steps defined in your Tests Group)
This page is composed of 2 sections: Upper section with a dashboard and bottom section with the full list of converted Requests.
DASHBOARD OF YOUR REQUESTS
The upper part of this page shows 5 charts to facilitate a quick overview of the requests status
-
The Search tool allows immediate, automatic change of the chart.
The search tool filters in both the charts of the dashboard and the list of Request in the interactive grid below.
- FROM BAR CHART TO PIE CHART GRAPHIC
Click on the pie chart icon on the header of each chart in order to change from one chart type to another
- REMOVING / ADDING A CHART
A chart can be removed by closing directly on the chart display window. You can always Show back the chart from the 3 dots menu in the corresponding item.
