Setting the Requests Parameters

The following sections take through the different steps for configuring Request Parameters. 

Request Priority

This section takes into account the different Priority levels. The priority indicates the level of urgency in scheduling each requests.
The levels of priorities are defined during the implementation phase and only the system administrator can change them. For editing, send a request to Optima support service.



Requests Status

The different Statuses are defined during the implementation phase and only the system administrator can change them. For editing,  send a request to Optima support service.



When clicking on the colour of a bar, the colour can be edited.



The assigned color will then be displayed on the "Scheduling" screen

Request Types

This section lists all the different Request typologies.
Request should be associated to a Request type, in order to be able to use the information for proper filtering and for reporting purposes. In order to edit the Request Types, the user can send a request to Optima support service.
