Scheduling your Request

Scheduling your Request

THE SCHEDULING PAGE: HOW TO REVIEW THE REQUESTS

Once the lines from your Request Form are validated, they are converted into Requests and moved to the Scheduling page.
The engine will then consider all Requests labelled as New or To Be Processed in their Request Status and schedule the corresponding tasks.

This page is composed of 2 sections: Upper section with charts and Bottom section with the complete list of converted Requests.

Charts:  Overview of your Requests

The upper part of this page shows 5 charts to facilitate a quick overview of the requests status
  1. FILTERING
The Search tool allows immediate, automatic change of the chart and also filters the List of Requests below.
  1. FROM BAR CHART TO PIE CHART GRAPHIC
Click on the pie chart icon on the header of each chart in order to change from one chart type to another
  1. REMOVING / ADDING A CHART
A chart can be removed by closing directly on the chart display window
You can always Show back the chart from the 3 dots menu in the corresponding item.

Your list of Requests to be Scheduled

Once a Request is moved into this page a unique Request ID is assigned which is also useful for filtering in the Task List Pages.

The Requests List can be filtered by using the Search tool on the right side of the page
The Request List can also be reordered by just clicking on the top of each column

Bulk Edit

Select the rows you would like to edit.
The Build Edit button allows you to edit multiple selected request lines at once for a series of parameters.
From there you change their Start Date, Status, Priority, Project or Type.
Apply changes once the changes have been defined.

Bulk Delete

This is a 2 steps feature that allows to remove all selected Request lines at once.

Creating a new Request

This feature allows you  to create a single request manually.
Fields marked with a     red triangle are mandatory
Other field might not be mandatory to leave flexibility in deciding whether to assign one or multiple, yet the engine would required them to be set.
