How to upload multiple requests with Optima template


HOW TO UPLOAD MULTIPLE REQUESTS with Optima template

The feature to upload requests with Optima template is available in the Scheduling page/ Features menu/ Upload requests/Optima requests






The Optima Excel file can be downloaded in .csv and .xlsx format via the Optima requests menu
Enter the data in each column without making any changes to the columns in the document.
When you are finished, simply upload the file by clicking NEXT




When uploading there are 3 steps: File Upload | Data Preview | File Data Load
- Enter a unique Import Code
- Enter import description
- Select location where to assign the requests






Final step allows to see which request is uploading correctly and which ones and why are failing- See 2nd column = Message.
