1 | Creating Analytical Task Manually | From the Task List and Calendar, a Manager / Supervisor with full licence can manually create an Analytical task linked to a specific step of a test and its corresponding competency and instrument groups. |
2 | Creating Non - Analytical Task Manually | From the Task List and Calendar, a Manager / Supervisor with full licence can manually create a Non Analytical Tasks for booking someone agenda with meetings, admin duties, etc. From the My Task List and My Calendar, a Technician with limited licence can manually create a Non Analytical Tasks for booking their agenda with meetings, admin duties, etc. |
3 | Cloning an Analytical Task | From the Task List and Calendar, a Manager / Supervisor with full licence can edit a scheduled task and clone it with all its corresponding information. A new Task ID number is automatically created and the new Task can then be edited as necessary. |
