Internal & External Customers Configuratio

A new set of information regarding your “Requesters” (internal and external customers) and their projects can now be configured.

The information that can be associated includes:

o   Customer Name / ID

o   Project Name / ID

o   List of employees who may be assigned exclusively to a customer

o   Number of FTEs that may be assigned to a customer

o   Control of the number of FTEs per month or week that may be assigned to a customer

o   Supervisor who can be contacted as the point of contact for a customer or project

Automatic assignment of Multi Instrument to a given task 
A new parameter at the Test Step level allows the requirement for more than one instrument within the   same instrument group to process a given number of samples.

The mathematical formula to calculate the number of instruments versus the number of samples is customisable and specific to your needs.

Manual assignment of additional employees and/or instruments to a given task

When Creating or editing an Analytical task, full licence users can now manually add more employees from same employee group and more instruments from same instrument groups.

When Creating or editing a Non-Analytical task, full licence users can now manually add more employees
