Access to the Pre-Configured Reports 

This page allows to interact with reports related to instrument and people, to get useful information about allocation and availability of resources and related productivity and capacity. 
There are reports set by default from the cumulative experience with our users. Other reports can be set on request.

 

This section allows to view the user's activities on Optima at the different hours of the day, based on a defined timeframe. 

In this section, it is possible to select a specific timeframe (ranging from 15 minutes to 4 weeks) to get information on all pages viewed, and when, by the users. 


With this report you can get an overview of the allocation of the instruments and find out how much they have been used over a certain  period of time, how much they have been booked and what their availability is. 
In this way you can identify any overbooking of an instrument and reschedule tasks accordingly, either to another date or to another instrument if available.

This report allows you to retrieve data, create charts and tables based on activities performed with specific instrument groups or instrument report groups. The column view can be personalised as needed.


 This section allows the user to view a list of all the tasks, classified by different criteria.

This report allows the user to show the ability of the laboratory to respond to the requests efficiently. The report refers to data related to tasks and requests.

This report allows the user to displays the daily or weekly occupancy of the instruments.


This report allows the user to get an overview of the allocation of staff and to see how much they have worked in a given period of time, how much they have been booked and what their availability is. 
This allows to identify any overbooking of a staff member and shift tasks accordingly, either to another appointment or to another staff member if available.
