ACCESS TO THE  OUT OF THE BOX REPORTS

This page offers a set of pre-made reports related to instruments, people, tasks, and more, to provide useful information about occupancy, dedication, productivity, and capacity. 
Default reports are based on our cumulative experience with users. 
Additional reports can be created on request to facilitate access to the required data.

Ad-hoc reports refer to views that can be created on any page with an interactive grid via the Action Menu.
 
The Reports are categorised as follows, click on each corresponding box for direct access:


LABORATORY METRICS

Laboratory Performance

This report allows the user to show the ability of the laboratory to respond to the requests efficiently.
The report refers to data related to tasks and requests.

Tasks Classification 

This section allows the user to view a list of all the tasks, classified by different criteria

INSTRUMENTS METRICS

Instruments Occupancy

This report allows the user to displays the occupancy of the instruments in a given period of time 
This also allows to identify any overbooking and coordinate accordingly.

EMPLOYEES METRICS

Employees Occupancy

This report allows the user to get an overview of the occupancy of staff and to see how much they have been engaged in activities in a given period of time.
This allows to identify any overbooking and coordinate accordingly.

AUDITING TOOLS

Use of Optima

User's activities within Optima at the different hours of the day, based on a defined timeframe. 

Use of Scheduling Features

Select a specific timeframe (ranging from 15 minutes to 4 weeks) to get information on all pages viewed, and when, by the users. 

Instrument Reporting Matrix

This report allows you to retrieve data, create charts and tables based on activities performed with specific instrument groups or instrument report groups. The column view can be personalised as needed.
